1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Dialcraft website at dialcraft.world and to any repair work you commission from us. By using the website or submitting a piece for repair, you indicate that you have read and understood these terms.
If you have a question about anything here, you are welcome to ask us before proceeding. Contact details are at the bottom of this page.
2. Our services
Dialcraft offers three repair services: Crystal Polishing & Light Refinish, Dial Refinishing & Hand Refitting, and Pocket Watch & Complication Restoration. Each is described in detail on our Solutions page.
Before work begins on your piece, we will confirm the scope of work and the quoted price. We will not begin any repair until you have agreed to the assessment in writing or in person.
Turnaround times listed on our website are estimates based on typical workloads. We will let you know if your piece is likely to take longer, and we will not extend the scope of work beyond what was agreed without your approval.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of the work described. The prices shown on this website are our standard starting rates. The final price for your piece will be confirmed in your written assessment, which we send before work begins.
Payment is due in full on collection of the piece. We will contact you when your piece is ready and confirm the arrangement for collection and payment at that time.
If the scope of a repair changes during work — for example, because additional work is needed that was not apparent at intake — we will pause and discuss this with you before continuing.
4. Submission and collection of pieces
Pieces should be brought to our workshop in person. When you submit a piece, we will document its condition at intake. You will receive a workshop receipt noting the item description, agreed work, and expected turnaround.
Please retain your receipt. We may ask to see it when you collect your piece.
If a completed piece is not collected within 60 days of our contacting you to confirm readiness, we reserve the right to contact you again by any details you have provided. Uncollected pieces held beyond a reasonable period may incur a storage fee, which we will communicate to you in advance.
5. Care of your piece
We take reasonable care of every piece in our workshop. We carry appropriate workshop insurance, and pieces in our care are held securely.
We ask that you disclose any known fragility, prior repair history, or unusual characteristics of your piece at intake. This helps us plan the work properly and reduces the chance of unexpected complications.
Our liability in the unlikely event of damage to a piece in our care is limited to the cost of the repair service agreed. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed or apparent at intake, nor for the market value of the timepiece itself.
6. Estimates and assessments
Initial enquiries through this website are welcome. Where more detail is needed before a quote can be given — particularly for Pocket Watch & Complication Restoration — we may ask you to bring the piece in for a brief inspection before confirming pricing and scope.
Written assessments are provided free of charge and carry no obligation to proceed.
7. Use of this website

You may not copy, reproduce, or republish the text or images on this website without our written permission. The content is produced for Dialcraft and represents our own work and descriptions.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. The terms in effect at the time you submit a piece for repair are the ones that apply to that repair.
